West Virginia High-Speed Crashes
Some things you do behind the wheel are more likely to lead to a major accident. A lot of people in West Virginia are known to speed on the open road, which leads to a lot of major accidents every year. If you are driving too fast, you are more likely to lose control of your car, and when you do, the force of force is usually much greater. In West Virginia last year, 5.43 out of every 100,000 people died due to speeding-related crashes. More than nine percent of all deaths in West Virginia that were caused by speeding happened in Kanawha County. Across the state in 2020, 60 people died in accidents that were caused by speeding. This was about 20 percent of all accidents. An experienced legal team can help you file a strong personal injury claim if you or someone you care about is hurt by a driver who breaks the law.
