Distracted Driving Collisions in West Virginia
You put your life in danger when you look down at your phone to answer a text while driving. Sad to say, more and more drivers in West Virginia are engaging in what is called “distracted driving.” Without question, the state has the highest rates of accidents involving drivers who are not paying attention. Men between the ages of 25 and 44 are most likely to be involved in crashes caused by distracted driving across the country. Using a cell phone has become far too common behind the wheel, and you can easily travel the distance of an entire football field in the time it takes to send a single text at highway speeds.
In the event of a major accident, careless drivers should be held accountable for their actions. This is often only possible when you work closely with a trained legal team to pursue a strong personal injury claim. This is often the most successful way to make sure your legal rights are upheld and that you get the most possible compensation in your case. This is why you shouldn’t hesitate to resort to our diligent legal team at Tiano O’Dell.
