Charleston, WV (December 22, 2024) – On Saturday, December 21, there were reported injuries following a car accident in the Charleston area. The collision occurred at the corner of Dickinson Street and Bridge Road at around 5:51 p.m. At least one person involved in the accident was hurt.
At this time, the number and severity of the resulting injuries have not been determined. The crash victims were provided aid by the attending medical personnel. Those requiring further treatment were later transferred to local hospitals by ambulance. The circumstances leading to the crash were not included in the initial reports. The area was temporarily closed to outside traffic until tow trucks were able to remove the resulting wreckage and other debris. No further information on the accident is currently available.
