Charleston, WV (March 19, 2025) – On Tuesday, March 18, there were reported injuries after a collision in the Charleston area. The accident occurred at the crossing of Pennsylvania Avenue N and Randolph Street early that morning at around 11:02 a.m. Two vehicles reportedly collided at the scene.
