West Virginia Car Accidents
A car accident can completely change your life, leaving you with mounting medical bills and injuries that get worse faster than you can handle on your own. Vehicle collisions are still the main reason people die and get seriously hurt on American roads, including here in West Virginia. The most recent numbers back this up. New data shows that West Virginia has a much higher death rate from car accidents than the rest of the country. There were 267 deaths reported in 2020, which is a lot more than the national rate. A lot of these deaths were caused by drivers who were drunk or going too fast. You may be able to be made whole again after a serious crash. This often means working closely with a diligent legal team to pursue a strong claim for compensation against the at-fault driver and their insurance provider.
