Milliken, WV (April 14, 2025) – A car accident with injuries was reported in the Milliken area on Saturday, April 12. The collision took place at the corner of Indian Creek Road and Mill Creek Road that afternoon at around 3:55 p.m. Emergency crews were rushed to the scene to provide aid to the involved parties.
