South Charleston, WV (January 23, 2025) – On Wednesday, January 22, there were confirmed injuries after a car crash in the South Charleston area. The accident was reported at the 512 block of MacCorkle Avenue SW that afternoon, around 1:33 p.m. Two vehicles reportedly collided at the scene.
All eastbound lanes were closed while emergency responders were present. At least one person involved was hurt in the crash, and emergency responders were quickly dispatched to render the necessary medical aid. Ambulances were available to transport the injured parties to local hospitals for further treatment. At this time, the number and severity of the related damages have not been determined.
