Vedunville, WV (March 8, 2025) – On Tuesday, March 4, one person was killed and another hurt after a two-vehicle collision in the area of Vedunville. The incident took place early that morning at around 7:31 a.m. along Mud Fork Road and Piedmont Drive. When officials arrived, they found two heavily damaged vehicles.
The occupant of one of the vehicles was trapped and unresponsive. They were extricated from the car by attending emergency personnel. Despite life-saving measures, that victim suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
